Dogger Bank Projcos have employed Bear Environmental Ltd to undertake a full time Environmental Advisor and a supportive Environmental Manager position for the Onshore works of Dogger Bank Wind Farm A & B.
The Dogger Bank Wind Farms consist of three offshore wind farm projects, Dogger Bank A, B & C, located around 130km off the North East coast of Yorkshire.
Planning consent for the first phase of the project (Dogger Bank A and B have consent for up to 400 turbines) was granted by the UK government in February 2015 and Bear Environmental have already begun work getting to know the Site.
The offshore element will connect to the existing Creyke Beck substation near Cottingham, in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Dogger Bank A will cover an area of 199 square miles, and Dogger Bank B will cover an area of 231 square miles.
